Thank you for shopping at MAGICAL OUTDOOR, this shipping policy applies to all products offered and published by MAGICAL OUTDOOR, on the website and other sales channels:

MAGICAL OUTDOOR undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition, to the address indicated by the customer on the payment page and/or other sales channels enabled by MAGICAL OUTDOOR. In order to optimize delivery, we appreciate the customer indicating an address where the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

  1. A-DESIGN SHIPMENTS
  • MAGICAL OUTDOOR makes shipments nationwide to all of Colombia (Difficult access areas will be reviewed and the shipping method will be agreed with the client).
  • MAGICAL OUTDOOR also ships to Peru, Chile, Argentina and Brazil.

MAGICAL OUTDOOR orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday - 8 AM - 5 PM CT). For security reasons, MAGICAL OUTDOOR will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

  1. SHIPPING COSTS
  • MAGICAL OUTDOOR offers free shipping, to the countries in which it operates (Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina and Brazil), for all imported products whose delivery time exceeds 12 working days.
  • MAGICAL OUTDOOR offers free shipping nationwide (Colombia only), for all purchases over ($150,000), Colombian pesos.
  • The shipping cost of our products in stock, whose delivery time does not exceed 10 working days and does not exceed ($150,000) Colombian pesos, will be calculated according to the shipping rates of the market and the costs established by the transport companies, includes shipments with cash on delivery.

MAGICAL OUTDOOR may on occasion and as a result of special offers, promotions and special days, offer free shipping on some or all products. Free shipping will be applied to the order at checkout.

  1. DEADLINES FOR PROCESSING ORDERS
  • 2 - 3 business days

Order processing will take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT (Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays). Please note that it may be extended during holidays, releases, reruns, limited edition releases and promotions.

Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.

4. SHIPPING TIMES

  • Products from China: 15 - 35 days
  • Coming from the United States: 12 - 20 days
  • Products in stock dispatched to Bogotá, Cali and Medellín: 24 hours
  • Products in stock dispatched to the rest of the country: 3 - 5 working days

Important: Please keep in mind that the shipping times shown in this policy are estimates and under special circumstances or force majeure they may be extended. Due to the current public health problems caused by COVID-19, delivery times may be extended.

  1. SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email that will include the tracking number for your order. Make sure to track your order using the tracking number/No. Guide, which we provide. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the appropriate carrier based on the tracking number provided or contact us through our contact information for further assistance and information.

  1. DELAYS

MAGICAL OUTDOOR is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural, uncontrollable or force majeure events. Furthermore, MAGICAL OUTDOOR is not responsible for delays related to the carrier itself. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

  1. PACKAGES NOT DELIVERED

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and additional charges may be applied for sending the product again.

  1. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

MAGICAL OUTDOOR will not be responsible or reimburse for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect, inaccurate or outdated delivery addresses.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided during the checkout process is current, correct and accurate. Before completing the purchase process, please ensure that you provide a correct, current and accurate delivery address.

If your order is not delivered due to incorrect, inaccurate or out-of-date delivery addresses and the order is returned to our facility, we reserve the right to charge you additional delivery charges or to terminate this agreement and issue a refund. with the discounted value of delivery.

  1. SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

MAGICAL OUTDOOR recommends that customers provide a safe delivery address, for example, their home or place of work. MAGICAL OUTDOOR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to unsafe delivery addresses.

  1. SUBMISSION COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered completed from the moment that MAGICAL OUTDOOR makes the product available to the buyer through the transport companies, which is possible thanks to the control and monitoring system used by the corresponding transport company, when the status of the order changes to "completed" or "delivered".
